Inconsistent Service Experiences
inattentive staff premature bill
The pool area was a welcome space with direct beach access.
The restaurant staff seemed more attentive to corporate event attendees, neglecting other guests. At breakfast, when a large corporate group left, the waiting staff vanished completely. Dinner service ended abruptly as the bill was presented prematurely by staff eager to clear up.

overall satisfied stay
spacious room clean room well-equipped balcony thoughtful team missing slippers cold water noisy environment
the room was spacious and clean. it was a luxury seafront king. the balcony had great equipment and provided space for relaxation. the hotel team arranged rooms next to each other, as i requested.
there were many children at the hotel. i did not notice adults-only or quiet areas, even at the bar. i expected relaxation, but it was not great value for money for adults. my shower water was cold in the morning. slippers were not provided.

missing carpet poor service
The food was great and the pricing was just right
I found the service poor some things were missing from the room like a hair dryer the carpet was also missing I had to ask for things I expected already to be there it was quite frustrating for me

The staff were VERY attentive. The food was delicious and featured a wide variety of choices at every meal.
The gym had limited equipment. There was only one a la carte restaurant open. I wished there were more dining options.

stationary bikes breakfast buffet beach towels
The gym has several machines. I noted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet included various items. I enjoyed fresh king coconuts and egg hoppers. The beach offers direct access. Beach towels and beds were provided, which I liked.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust correctly.
